CUVÉE DE LA MONTAGNERE 2015
The fruit of the Chardonnay, assiociated to the lemony fineness of the Sauvignon and the fat of the Viognier, produces a round and fresh wine. Its aromas hold traces of passion fruit and mango. Its taste is fresh, lively, and light, and reminds of grapefruit, peach, and oranges.
Fruity, lively, and light, this wine can be drank as an aperitif, or with exotic dishes.
This Chardonnay has been raised in oak barrels, and has a golden yellow colour. Its smell evokes acacia flowers, butter, or brioche. It is round in the mouth, with hints of acorn, gingerbread, salted butter caramel...
This wine should be served fresh, and is a perfect companion to almond trout, poultry, or picodon.
This is a "natural" wine, vinified in indigeneous yeasts and with very few added sulphites. Its aromas hold traces of vine peaches and acacia flowers. Its taste contains hints of vine peach and mango.
Try it as an aperitif, or with poultry.
